Delete Account & Data
Learn how to permanently delete your Barberlytics account and request complete data removal from our servers.
Open Account Settings
Open the Barberlytics app on your device, access the side menu, and navigate to the Configuration panel.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down to the Delete Account section. This option is available for all registered user roles. Clicking on it will display a modal titled "Permanently delete account".
Understand the Consequences
This action is irreversible. At your request, we will permanently delete all your data, history, and settings from our servers to protect your privacy. Please keep the following in mind:
- Subscription: You will lose access to your active plan immediately.
- Re-entry: If you wish to use Barberlytics again in the future, you must register again from scratch.
Confirm & Execute Deletion
To confirm that you understand these consequences and wish to delete all your data, please type delete account in the text field below and click the "Permanently delete" button.
External Data Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our privacy team directly. Please send an email from the address registered to your Barberlytics account.
